How to Get Started โ€” Read in This Order

Three guides can feel overwhelming. Follow this sequence tonight and tomorrow — in under 40 minutes you will have everything you need to begin Day 1.

1
READ FIRST โ€” Tonight
๐Ÿ“˜ Calm Nights Confidence System โ€” Pages 1 to 20
Start with Parts 1, 2, and 3. This covers the real biology of bedwetting, why your previous attempts were working against the system, and the Three Foundations explained. By page 20 you will understand exactly what has been happening and why this approach is different. You do not need to read the whole guide tonight.

2
READ SECOND โ€” Before Talking to Your Child
๐Ÿ“™ 30-Day Action Workbook โ€” Start with the Script Section
Before you introduce the system to your child, go to the Emotional Support Script Library inside the Workbook. Read the “What to Say” and “What NOT to Say” sections. The words you use in the first conversation set the emotional tone for the entire 30 days. Get these right and your child will feel safe, not pressured.

3
READ THIRD โ€” Before Any Sleepover or Trip
๐Ÿ“• Sleepover & School Trip Privacy Plan โ€” Whenever Relevant
You do not need to read this tonight unless a social event is coming up soon. When it is relevant — a sleepover invitation, a school excursion, visiting relatives, boarding school prep — this guide gives you and your child an exact plan. Read it together when the time comes. It is designed to be read with your child.

Do This Right Now โ€” Tonight
Your First 5-Minute Quick Win

Open the Calm Nights Confidence System to Part 5: The Daytime Awareness Games.

The first exercise is called the “Pause and Wait” Game. It takes 5 minutes. Your child will think you are playing. You will be beginning the biological foundation of the system.

Do it together before bedtime tonight. That is Day 1 already started — before tomorrow even begins.

Important: Do not introduce this to your child as “bedwetting treatment.” Introduce it as a body awareness game. The guide gives you the exact words to use. The less pressure your child feels, the faster the biological response develops.

What to Expect Over the Next 30 Days

Every child’s timeline is different. These are emotional milestones — not guaranteed outcomes. Progress is real even on wet nights.

Days 1โ€“4
The foundation is being built.
The system is running even if the bed is wet. Your child is doing the daytime exercises and the evening routine. Something quieter is happening: they are starting to feel less shame about bedwetting because your response has changed. That shift in atmosphere matters more than any exercise.
Days 5โ€“10
The atmosphere in your home changes.
Parents consistently report that the emotional climate in the home becomes calmer during this window โ€” even before a single dry night. Your child is waking up to a different kind of morning. Not the old dread of checking the sheet. Something a little more hopeful.
Days 11โ€“18
The first signals arrive.
Many children have their first dry morning somewhere in this window. Some take longer โ€” that is completely normal and expected. If it happens: acknowledge it warmly and briefly. Do not over-celebrate in a way that creates pressure. ‘Your body is learning. That’s brilliant.’ Then move on.
Days 19โ€“25
Progress becomes visible.
Dry nights begin to outnumber wet nights for most children following the full system. Your child starts checking their bed with a different posture โ€” not bracing for disappointment, but curious and sometimes confident. This is the confidence shift the system was designed to produce, independent of whether the bed is always dry.
Days 26โ€“30
Ownership develops.
Your child begins to see themselves as someone whose body is learning โ€” not someone with a problem. The tracker is filling with progress markers they placed themselves. They have language for what is happening. They are less afraid of sleepovers. This internal shift is the foundation of lasting change — and no wet night can take it away.

Wet nights during this period are not failure. They are part of the process. A wet night handled with the script is building the system. Respond with the guide. Mark the tracker. Begin again.

A note from the Nuvera team

We built the Calm Nights Confidence System because the bedwetting guides that exist focus almost entirely on the physical symptom — and almost never on the child sitting in the middle of it.

The system you just downloaded does not promise to cure bedwetting overnight. What it promises is this:

Your child will move through this with their confidence intact. And you will know exactly what to do — at 2am after an accident, before a sleepover, in front of a frustrated grandparent, and on every ordinary night in between.

Be patient with the wet nights. They are part of the process, not evidence that the system is failing.

Trust the confidence work most on the hardest mornings. That is when it matters most.

We are proud of you for taking this step. Your child is lucky to have a parent who cares this much.
